Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsOfficeJob DescriptionJob Summary:You will develop and implement global EFS marketing strategies for promoting our CMD product portfolio. Deep Knowledge od the industry, strong analytical skills, and willingness to work cross-functionally will be key to achieve business objectives. The role will also involve upstream marketing activities to identify market needs and influence product development.Key Responsibilities:Market Strategy Development:   - Engage with customers, industry experts to identify top needs and emerging trends.- Gather Market insights for new product development and improvements based on market customer feedback.- Collaborate directly with the KOL and Regulatory manager to gain insights into the current and future technological requirements.- Collaborate with product management and business development teams to develop go-to-market strategies  - Build product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiencesCampaign Management:  - Plan, implement, and manage coordinated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and live events.  - Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure campaign consistency and alignment with global strategies.  - Supervise and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.Event Management:  - Plan and coordinate participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and webinars.  - Develop event strategies to improve brand exposure and generate leads.Digital Marketing:  - Coordinate digital marketing initiatives, and social media.  - Develop and manage the global website content strategy to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience.  - Promote marketing automation tools to nurture leads and track engagement.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Food Safety, or a related field.- Proficiency in marketing, with a focus on EFS market.- *= years of proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.- Strong understanding of the industry, including regulations, standards, and market dynamics.- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.- Ability to work in multifaceted environment with a fast-paced.- Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and event management.- Experience in upstream marketing and influencing product development.- Willingness to travel globally as the need arises.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in California is $141,800.00–$212,675.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
