What You Will Do: * Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD software, ensuring manufacturability and functionality. * Operate and maintain CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other machining tools to fabricate parts with precision and quality. * Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to refine designs and resolve technical challenges. * Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tolerances to produce high-quality parts. * Perform quality checks on fabricated components, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards. * Create detailed technical documentation, including design reports, assembly instructions, and machine setup sheets. * Maintain and calibrate machining equipment to ensure consistent performance and safety. * Contribute to product development and innovation through problem-solving and creative design solutions. What You Will Bring: * Associate degree or certification in Mechanical Design, Machining, or a related field. * Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is a plus. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical design and machining. * Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and CAM software. * Hands-on experience with CNC machining, manual machining, and machine programming. * Strong understanding of materials, machining processes, and tolerances. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). * Familiarity with 3D printing and additive manufacturing technologies is a plus. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
