Digital Marketing Coordinator , reporting into our Director of Performance Marketing, to support both our retention and acquisition teams with a variety of day-to-day tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with email audits, trigger and flow updates, email creation, ad development, and administrative tasks related to campaign execution. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all digital marketing efforts. What You'll Do
Email Marketing Support: Conduct regular email audits to ensure deliverability, accuracy, and consistency. Assist with the creation and updating of email flows and triggers in automation platforms (e.g., Attentive, Klaviyo). Collaborate with the design and content teams to build and format emails for various campaigns. Manage email Q&A by testing email campaigns to ensure proper formatting, functionality, and tracking, and landing page accuracy. Ad Campaign Assistance: Support with the tracking, performance, reporting and execution of digital ads across platforms like Google, Performance Max, Display, Meta, Tiktok and others. Perform ad Q&A by reviewing ad creatives for accuracy, compliance, and consistency with branding guidelines. Project Management and Administrative Support: Assist growth marketing manager and email marketing manager in creating detailed and robust briefs for each channel to support campaigns and monthly creative refreshes. Use Asana to manage, track, and update tasks, ensuring smooth project execution and deadlines are met. Assist in setting up and optimizing marketing systems and workflows, working closely with the retention and acquisition teams. Coordinate communication between departments to ensure alignment on project timelines, deliverables, and results. Research: Perform ongoing research and competitive analysis using digital tools to continue testing and learning. Stay in the know of the latest media platforms and channels and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Reporting and Analytics: Help track and report on the performance of email campaigns, ads, and other marketing efforts. Assist in compiling regular marketing performance reports for internal stakeholders. Other Administrative Tasks: Provide support for ad hoc tasks and initiatives as needed by the marketing team.
What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or related roles. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive, etc.) and ad management tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A proactive and adaptable mindset to support a variety of digital marketing tasks.
