Job Overview: The Director of Non-Traditional Marketing, on behalf of our client, is a pivotal role within the marketing leadership team, responsible for overseeing Events, Retail, and Proxy (canvassing) teams across all markets. This position focuses on developing and executing innovative nontraditional marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. The Director works collaboratively with various departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and fosters a high-performing, results-driven team.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor Events, Retail, and Proxy departments, cultivating a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Develop and implement objectives to enhance engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. Analyze and optimize tools and processes to measure ROI, COM, KPIs, and the effectiveness of nontraditional marketing strategies. Act as a liaison between nontraditional marketing teams and other departments to ensure alignment with broader company objectives. Uphold brand integrity and ensure messaging aligns with customer loyalty initiatives. Foster community relationships to enhance brand awareness and visibility. Create an environment centered on delivering world-class service. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Include:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of marketing and/or sales experience. At least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing and/or sales strategies. Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of events and door-to-door marketing as lead generation tools. Adaptability to evolving business needs. Certifications: Not specified. Knowledge: Strong familiarity with ROI, COM, and KPI metrics in a marketing context. Work Environment: Primarily office-based with a normal noise level for an open office environment. May require sitting or standing for extended periods, with frequent use of a computer. Physical Requirements: Clarity of vision to read small print on documents and screens. Ability to lift light items such as files or office equipment. Ability to walk or stand for up to eight hours a day. Ability to climb stairs. Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel up to 30%!o(MISSING)f the time.
