Surpassing network limitations of the past, our Wireless Development organization is building the country's first cloud-native, standalone 5G wireless network. This is the foundation of a connected world flexible enough to satisfy all the social, economic and transformative needs of today and the future.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Our team consists of three divisions; Internal Communications, Learning & Development, and Creative Services. We are looking for an energetic, detail oriented Internal Communications Program Manager. In this position, you will be at the center of our Boost Mobile internal communications initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and distribute bi-weekly Wireless and monthly Riverfront newsletters. Manage and update digital displays at Boost Mobile HQ and support market locations. Oversee the wireless communications inbox and approved message dissemination. Maintain cross-functional relationships with Executive Assistants and provide support as needed. Coordinate high-level executive ATMs, including Google slide design and studio reservations. Identify opportunities to improve market engagement, brand awareness, and guideline promotion.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
B.A. in Communications or other related field a plus 3+ years of related experience
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in Google Suite. Skilled in sending mass communications in a corporate setting. Experienced in managing long-term programs and initiatives. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on messaging, grammar, and design. Adept at managing relationships across multiple levels, including executives. Graphic design experience with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva is a plus. Familiarity with digital displays is a plus.
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year Benefits
