Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated International Field Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives that accelerate global expansion. This individual will plan and execute targeted enterprise events to enhance brand awareness, grow and accelerate the pipeline, and generate revenue.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of executing executive-focused, in-person events such as roundtables, client/prospect dinners, networking events, and activations at industry conferences. They will design and deliver engaging experiences that resonate with target accounts and position our brand as a market leader in strategic intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:

Event Strategy & Execution
  • Organize and execute targeted, high-touch events, such as executive dinners, networking events, and customer workshops aligned with regional and account-specific goals.
  • Develop comprehensive event strategies, including audience targeting, success metrics, and clear ROI measurement frameworks.
  • Design event experiences that highlight Strider's unique value proposition, fostering client relationships and industry leadership.

Sales Collaboration
  • Partner with international sales teams to identify and prioritize top-tier accounts for event invitations.
  • Ensure seamless integration between marketing efforts and pipeline acceleration goals.
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce to take a data-driven approach in identifying target audiences for events, tracking engagement, and assessing success to refine strategies.

Event Coordination & Logistics
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue booking, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
  • Partner with the creative services and marketing operations teams to build and launch event registration and promotion.
  • Create and implement event-specific promotional strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Act as the main liaison to coordinate internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and keeping them fully informed ahead of the event.
  • Take the lead as the on-site contact during events to troubleshoot and ensure seamless operations.

Post-Event Analysis
  • Analyze post-event performance data to evaluate ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate event insights into follow-up campaigns and nurture workflows.
  • Show how events contribute to measurable pipeline growth, including MQLs generated, attributed pipeline created and influenced pipeline accelerated through event initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years in enterprise field marketing or an events marketing role, preferably in the B2B technology sector.
  • Proven success in designing and executing executive-focused events with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in marketing automation, Salesforce, Excel, and project management tools like Asana (or equivalents).
  • Results-oriented with a focus on performance measurement and analytics.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Creative problem solver and proactive self-starter.
  • Highly adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrates a collaborative mindset and thrives in team environments, working together to achieve shared goals and drive success.
  • Knowledge of international markets, particularly Europe, APAC, or Japan, is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% globally.
