As the Assistant Visual Operations Manager you'll travel frequently to our Wholesale Showrooms, managing showroom setups, inventory updates, and installations. What You Do

  • Partners with the Visual team on implementing showroom set up and breakdowns.
  • Makes visits to showrooms before and after trade shows to account for inventory movements such as freshening up the showroom with new products or removing discontinued products.
  • Hires and manages on site temp staff to aid in showroom installations.
  • Manages order writing SCT’s, tracking, shipping and receiving showroom inventory as well as product sample inventory, marketing materials, special projects inventory, excess inventory transfers to company owned retail stores and outlets.
  • Assists Regional Visual Managers in setting the floors for new store openings as well as major floor resets in existing retail stores.
  • Assists the Marketing Fulfillment Team as determined by management.
  • Assists with special events at the Corporate Headquarters (Garden Party, Christmas Party, etc.).
  • Assists the Brand Marketing Operations Manager.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
  • Experience in project/marketing management preferred.
  • Warehouse or showroom experience preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team.
  • Ability to lift or team lift 50 lbs and travel 50% of the time.
  • Demonstrated dedication to accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent time management skills.
  • Clear MVR/driving history.
  • Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with overtime expected while traveling).
