We are on the lookout for a creative and talented Intermediate Interior Designer/Interior Architect to become a vital part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure your small team meets project timelines and delivers outstanding results. Role and Responsibilities: Lead the development and coordination of project designs for Commercial Workplace and Tenant Improvement projects. Collaborate with a passionate team to deliver innovative solutions and creative design concepts for projects of all sizes. Manage projects from initial programming and space planning through permits, approvals, and construction. Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development. Engage directly with General Contractors, Project Managers, and design consultants to ensure successful design coordination, cost management, and value-engineering solutions. Produce comprehensive construction documentation and specifications that meet project requirements. Coordinate with furniture vendors to review proposals for design intent and budget compliance. Conduct quality assurance reviews of internal and consultant designs to ensure alignment with project goals. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture. 5-8 years of professional experience in Commercial Workplace and/or Tenant Improvement sectors. A collaborative team player with a strong 'we' mentality. Exceptional design and technical skills to drive projects from concept to completion. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD for modeling, rendering, and producing design presentations and construction drawings.
