ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the first Field Marketing Manager in the US, you'll lead US field marketing initiatives, focusing on driving net-new logo acquisition across enterprise and high-value mid-market segments.

Acting as the essential bridge between US field operations and marketing, you'll be the go-to regional expert guiding our market presence and growth strategies and adapting EMEA event concepts for North America e.g. INCENTIVIZE. As a versatile 360° marketer, you'll deeply understand key verticals and segments to orchestrate impactful events, digital campaigns, and community activations.

You will collaborate daily with Talon.One's Berlin based marketing team, and report into the Field Marketing Lead. In addition to that, you'll collaborate closely and regularly with Talon.One's 40+ US based colleagues incl. sales and partnerships team.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL: End-to-end execution of major industry conferences e.g Shoptalk and NRF. Identify emerging conferences for marketing, business, and technical professionals within the loyalty & promotions space. Support US media buying strategy, thought leadership activities, webinars & podcasts. Drive cohesive marketing strategy and brand presence across US channels and activities. Serve as the primary Marketing representative and expert in the US region. Act as the bridge between field operations and marketing initiatives. Offer US market insights to inform brand awareness activations, content themes and strategic direction for US. Collaborate with Partner Marketing and Partner managers to maximize ecosystem opportunities. Partner with customer marketing on US-owned events and success story amplification. Support strategic account programs and align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

3-5 years in field marketing/events in B2B SaaS, MarTech preferred Experience with digital marketing, event coordination and CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Splash, Zoom webinars). Strong budgeting, contract management, and project management experience. Prior exposure to large-scale in-person U.S. events (trade shows, conferences). Detailed experience working with Business Development and Sales teams and an ability to operate semi-autonomously on decision making with these team. Experience with direct mail, experiential marketing, webinars. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Asana, and Salesforce. Self-starter with strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach. Detail-oriented and solution-focused, with a creative mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Excellent and professional communicator both in verbal and written form, comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities. Experience/comfort working with HQs based in Europe.
