Position Summary:
Rugiet is seeking an inspired and dynamic Creative Director/Brand Director who is a visionary and hands-on leader. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes brand strategy, creative direction, and innovative storytelling. As the Creative Director/Brand Director, you will be the conductor of the brand. Ensuring continuity across brand touchpoints, from product design to marketing campaigns, harmonizing with our mission and values.
Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other digital assets.
- Design and develop marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Create social media graphics, banners, and ads.
- Design website layouts and user interfaces.
- Digital Asset Creation:
- Created and managed digital assets in Figma, Canva, and HTML.
- Ensure assets are optimized for various platforms and devices.
- Maintain a library of digital assets and ensure they are organized and easily accessible.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Inspire and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, growth, and sales, to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment that work towards shared KPIs.
- Master the delivery of great feedback to creative.
- Support the digital product team to ensure an on-brand, customer-first, and conversion-driven experience
- Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies and freelancers, ensuring they deliver on-brand and on-brief
- Market & Consumer Insights:
- Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behavior to keep Rugiet at the forefront of the market.
- Use insights to inform brand strategy and creative direction, ensuring relevance and resonance with our audience.
- Brand Consistency:
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all digital channels.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and style guides.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality assets.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of digital assets into websites and applications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management, creative direction, or a related field, preferably within the health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to build and scale brands through innovative and effective creative strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a creative team.
- A deep understanding of consumer psychology and market dynamics, focusing on the health and wellness market.
- Strong hands-on design and content creation skills, proficient in relevant tools and software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- A passion for the mission of Rugiet and a deep understanding of the brand’s potential to change lives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare or consumer goods industry.
- Previous experience as a Creative or Art Director.
- Experience with animation or motion graphics.
