We are a children's fashion company. Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Go over accounts and orders with customers by email and phone.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of QuickBooks
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in inventory management
• Experience working with inbound and outbound shipping orders.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel
