We are seeking a talented Brand & Public Relations Manager to become an integral part of our team. You will be instrumental in driving our company's communication strategies forward across key areas including social media, internal communications, external communications, crisis management, awards and events coordination, brand management for company and executive leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role involves developing and executing communication plans, analyzing their effectiveness throughout their implementation, and cultivating robust relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the attainment of our corporate objectives.
Internal and External Communication:
Develop and implement internal & external communications strategies to ensure alignment with company’s mission, values, and goals.
Create newsletters, announcements, and updates to keep employees and stakeholders informed and engaged.
Collaborate with department heads to gather content and share success stories, best practices, and company news.
Identify and execute on media opportunities.
Crisis Communication Management: Handle media relations during crisis situations. Mitigate reputational risk by ensuring accurate and timely communication in crisis situations.
Awards and Events Coordination: Identify and evaluate opportunities to participate in industry awards and recognition programs.
Coordinate the submission process for awards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of submissions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Assist in planning and executing marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
Brand Management for Company:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, GMB, TikTok, X etc.
Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, to drive audience engagement and increase followers.
Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.
Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone across all communications and marketing channels.
Updates website content as needed.
Personal Brand Management for Leadership: Personal Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a tailored social media strategy that reflects the executive’s personal brand, voice, and professional values, enhancing their thought leadership and public presence.
Content Creation and Curation: Craft and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media channels, including posts, articles, and multimedia content, aligned with their personal and professional narrative.
Audience Engagement: Actively manage interactions on social media platforms, fostering meaningful engagement with followers, industry peers, and stakeholders.
Reputation Management: Monitor online sentiment, address potential issues proactively, and ensure consistent alignment with the executive’s public image and organizational goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Provide support for presentations, and marketing collateral to showcase company’s capabilities and offerings.
Collaborate with Business Development/Client Services Department to maintain library of approved external facing materials.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing social media strategies.
Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
Exceptional written and communication skills, including copywriting and editing.
Healthcare content writing experience preferred.
Familiarity with keyword placement, Google AdWords, and SEO.
Proficiency in design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of email automation tools, HubSpot and Salesforce
Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
