WAVSYS is hiring: Technical Writer in Bellevue

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team leads to identify documentation and reporting requirements. Develop creative solutions to effectively communicate desired outcomes.
• Work closely with technical teams to gain a deep understanding of processes, tools, and procedures. Translate this knowledge into clear and engaging content.
• Simplify complex information into easy-to-understand documentation, using narratives, diagrams, and other appropriate formats.
• Create a variety of product documentation, including user reports, procedural guides, flowcharts, and system architecture diagrams.
• Keep documentation up-to-date to reflect changes in processes and business needs.
• Manage platforms like Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite to ensure content is easily accessible and searchable.
• Contribute to regular status updates for program leadership and executives.
• Streamline administrative tasks to prioritize the creation of impactful, decision-driving content.
• Stay informed about program milestones and deadlines. Proactively anticipate documentation needs related to project progress and reporting.
• Produce comprehensive and actionable meeting minutes for cross-functional team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or Content Creator.
• Experience building and maintaining a document repository.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Prior experience in Finance and ERP technical writing is highly desirable
