Producer - Second Party Games at Meta in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Summary: As a Producer on the Second Party Production team, you will facilitate a top tier content platform development strategy, establish and maintain operational procedures, manage development milestones, help scope and provide schedules, work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and consistent communication between all key stakeholders.If you're passionate about games, trend setting virtual reality experiences, and excited to contribute to a dynamic innovative environment, come be part of our journey Required Skills: Producer - Second Party Games Responsibilities: 1. Understand Meta's strategic and competitive position and deliver content that is aligned with our mission. 2. Facilitate a product vision and content development strategy by integrating data, usability studies, research, market analysis, and creative input. 3. Manage milestones and deliverables, addressing day-to-day production issues to allow the team to deliver items on time and achieve the highest possible game quality. 4. Experience working with designers, engineers, and artists in development support based capacity. 5. Define and measure impact of content strategy and initiatives. 6. Use persuasive communication to the right audience to get buy-in and feedback. Proactive in problem solving, prioritization, risk assessment, and effective information distribution. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 7. 10+ years of industry experience in creative technology industries. 8. Shipped at least 2 AAA games as a Producer. 9. Experience working on productions in the publishing production capacity. 10. Experience navigating ambiguity and thriving in a dynamic, deadline-driven, creative / technical work environment. 11. Experience working with different project management methodologies including waterfall, agile development, SCRUM or Kanban. 12. Experience in communicating complex, often abstract, concepts clearly and persuasively. Effective creative problem-solving skills with experience to identify solutions that work for multiple stakeholders. 13. Effective presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: 14. Experience in VR/MR gaming, technology. 15. Experience in Live Services / DLC strategies. 16. A proven track record of successful launches. 17.
