PR Account Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Account Management: Take the lead on 6-8 client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and seamless execution of all PR initiatives with minimal direction from leadership.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement integrated PR strategies and campaigns that align with client objectives, managing both the creation and execution of strategies.Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing strategic direction, feedback, and support to help them grow professionally.Client Presentations: Maintain strong relationships with C-level clients, confidently presenting updates, strategies, and creative concepts.Reporting & Analytics: Track and assess campaign performance using media monitoring tools, delivering comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), ROI, and campaign effectiveness.Billing & Budgeting: Ensure clients are accurately invoiced each month, covering NROs (New Restaurant Openings), special projects, reimbursable expenses, and other costs.Client Communication: Maintain continuous communication with clients to discuss campaign progress, adapt strategies as needed, and ensure timely deliverables.Media Relations: Develop and nurture relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
