Job Location - San Francisco, CA (Remote, Part Time)

About this role Our Digital Acquisition team is looking for a Paid Media Sr. Specialist to help bring our Commercial segment Digital Media campaign to life through key paid channels. Partnering with the Field Marketing and Digital Analytics teams, this role will be a key strategic digital media partner and data storyteller to showcase the impact of this campaign across the marketing funnel.
Responsibilities This role will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital placements and for owning channel measurement, testing, and reporting. This role will be part-time to start, with opportunities to transition into a full-time contractor pending additional scope.
What you will do •Partner with Media Lead on the strategy, execution, management, optimization, and reporting of 1:few and 1:many ABM paid digital ad campaigns targeting the Commercial segment •Manage set up, optimizations, •Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across ABX motions •Help to track and adjust the on-platform campaign budget for ad campaigns in partnership with the program owner •Partner with Field Marketing, Digital Acquisition, and Digital Analytics to provide recommendations and strategies on quantitative and qualitative testing efforts e.g. A/B testing, message testing, lift studies, etc.
What experience you have •3-4 years of experience in a Digital Marketing or comparable role •Experience working in B2B (either in-house or at an agency), ideally with the SMB or Commercial market segment •Firm understanding of full-funnel marketing, with deep knowledge of key paid digital channels/platforms inc. programmatic, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and Google •Strong technical and problem-solving skills •Ability to work with and understand data models, large data sets •Experience working directly with clients and balancing their needs •Experience in an analytical or operational role (data management, data integration, etc.) •Experience with BI tools such as Datorama, Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, Domo etc. •Experience with a data integration platform such as Datorama, Funnel.io, or Five Tran. •BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required Why you are excited about this role •You love to strategically connect dots across teams and initiatives. •You are excited about using data to tell a story. •You enjoy the chance to grow into a strategic partner while also owning the execution.
