Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer with expertise in React to design and develop intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our web applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure seamless user experiences and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate wireframes, prototypes, and user stories into functional React applications.
• Design and implement reusable components and front-end libraries that adhere to UI/UX best practices.
• Ensure web applications are responsive, accessible, and compatible across various devices and browsers.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer with expertise in React and its ecosystem (React Hooks, Context API, Redux, etc.).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, including usability, accessibility (WCAG standards), and responsive design.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with front-end applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
• Familiarity with CSS-in-JS libraries such as Styled Components or Emotion.
• Knowledge of animation libraries/frameworks like Framer Motion or GSAP.
