Job Description Condé Nast seeks a highly motivated Director of Creative Strategy for the Home & Auto categories. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced team, while also driving the ideating and creative proposal writing that will move advertising prospects through the sales funnel. This role collaborates with sales, digital operations, insights, creative, experiential, and PR teams across all Condé Nast global brands. As part of the Home & Auto Creative Strategy team — reporting to the Global VP, Creative Strategy — this individual will respond to RFPs, develop proactive proposals and presentations, and work closely with sales to develop account-specific and sub-category strategies. This highly collaborative role includes engaging with multiple departments to craft best-in-market opportunities for home and auto clients. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Ideation, writing, and presentation of integrated marketing proposals with a focus on strategic, creative thinking Oversight of key assigned accounts (e.g., Lexus, Porsche, Stellantis), including partnering directly with Sales on strategic renewal and growth opportunities Attend client calls and lead marketing conversations Work with junior marketers on proposals and presentations for lower-level accounts Cultivate positive business relationships with internal teams across all levels including Sales, Product, Research, Brand/Category Marketing, Experiences, Digital Operations Champion Condé Nast and our right to win across all platforms ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 10+ years qualifying experience in publishing, digital media, or ad sales marketing/strategy Excellent strength in writing, developing, and proofreading proposals with an eye for detail (formatting, grammar, etc.) A strong familiarity with Home and Auto brands/advertisers Strong collaboration skills and experience working in matrixed organizations Storyteller with experience translating insights, product information, and data into client-facing marketing presentations with strong presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment Ability to successfully drive projects with limited guidance amidst multiple shifting priorities Be proactive, nimble, and willing to pitch in wherever needed Strong knowledge of current digital, video, social, and mobile advertising platforms and branded content Shows capability of leading and growing high-performing teams Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation Able to successfully interface with senior-level internal stakeholders and external executives Experienced with presentation software, such as Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint The expected base salary range for this position is from $118,000-$159,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation. What happens next?
