You know how to think conceptually and manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment. The right candidate will have experience creating both print and digital campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work on a broad range of clients and projects, including digital, print, branding, animation, and more.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client brand guidelines to enhance their brand with unique, creative approaches.
  • Provide strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving.
  • Execute projects creatively from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate effectively and work independently as needed.
  • Learn quickly, maintaining an engaging and positive approach to challenges.
  • Remain agile as priorities shift.
  • Uphold high standards for quality and accuracy while managing budgets under tight deadlines.
  • Stay up to date with current trends in design and marketing.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
  • A bachelor’s degree in graphic arts or design, fine arts, advertising, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong portfolio with samples of print and digital campaigns that display a solid understanding of brand.
  • Knowledge of brand, design theory, typography, video, digital platforms, content.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines concurrently.
  • Integrity, passion, talent, and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
