Requirements
Photography
- Product photography, including capturing highly reflective surfaces.
- Interior photography for client projects and marketing materials.
- Mood board and vignette photography to enhance branding.
- On-site "before and after" project photography.
Videography
- Create short, engaging videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Film on-site client projects, including interviews and interior spaces.
- Capture dynamic B-roll footage for campaigns.
Post-Production
- Edit videos, including basic sound editing, color grading, and special effects.
- Retouch images for print and digital use.
- Ensure high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Create and modify PDF documents as needed for presentations and client deliverables.
Clerical & Administrative Support
- Perform light clerical work related to creative projects.
- Assist in preparing and managing project-related documentation.
- Support the Creative Team with file organization and workflow management.
Collaboration & Equipment Management
- Work closely with the Creative Director and collaborate with the creative team.
- Take creative direction and execute projects in line with the brand's vision.
- Maintain and manage video and photography equipment.
- Be able to lift to 40 pounds for equipment setup and transportation.
Required Qualifications:
Experience :
- 1-2 years in photography/videography.
- Professional portfolio required; candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Lightroom, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
- Experience with Capture One.
- Solid understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory.
- Basic knowledge of art history and design principles.
- Familiarity with controlling light, color, and white balance, particularly with reflective surfaces.

- Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different working environments.
- Creative problem-solver with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Travel and Office Time
- 1-2 days of travel weekly, if photoshoots scheduled remainder of days in corporate office.
- travel locations to GST Locations/footprint (job sites, events, etc.)
