Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage automated workflows for content creation, approval, and publishing.Integrate AI-driven tools to ensure timely delivery of content, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates, through automated pipelines.Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to fine-tune automations.Track and regularly report on metrics across NOWINCLUDED's omnichannel platform to senior management.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of assets.Develop content that can include, but not limited to, social copywriting, gamification copy, listicles, quizzes, and community health challenges.Qualifications:One or more years of relevant experienceExcellent collaboration and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain organized in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Openness to learning new platformsAbility to adapt to changing processes  Beginner proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Buffer, HubSpot), AI content tools (e.g., Gemini), and marketing platformsExperience in FB and X ads manager, Google Analytics, Hubspot, and WordPress is a plusExcellent knowledge of social media channelsNice to Haves:Startup or agency experienceHealth and wellness experiencePassion for community engagementDeep understanding of communities of colorA proactive team player with a passion for health equityEmployee Benefits:We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package designed to attract and retain top talent.
