We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Brunswick, Ohio. This is a hybrid role.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:
- In collaboration with subject matter experts and the marketing team, you'll be responsible for crafting and leading targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- With a strong emphasis on content generation, you’ll engage in writing and editing persuasive and captivating content. Your role is crucial in advancing our content/inbound marketing strategy by coordinating with subject matter experts to produce content for our website, such as blogs, case studies, eBooks, award submittals, etc.
- Ensure all content is polished and professional, adhering to our corporate style guide for spelling, grammar, tone, and punctuation.
- Conceives, in coordination with the marketing team, a variety of visual concepts and design to be utilized in printed materials including print advertising, brochures, signs, booklets, etc. Produces the materials needed which utilize the visual concepts to support marketing campaigns.
- Creates materials that are consistent with the brand standards and provides meticulous attention to detail to ensure excellence in design and continuity.
- Analyze marketing data such as campaign results, conversion rates, and traffic to shape future strategies.
Education, Skills and Work Experience:
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience working in marketing or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in English literature, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- Three-plus (3+) years of relevant experience working in the A/E/C industry in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge of graphic design and computer graphic systems and software.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Strong collaborating skills, and an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines; high energy, self-motivated and proactive.
- Exceptional writing skills, with a proven ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through prioritization and workload scheduling.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively within a team to nurture a culture of creativity, trust, and collective success.
- Proactive self-starter, eager to take ownership and initiative with minimal direction.
