What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve rankings across diverse geo-locations.
- Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and resolve website errors, optimize structure, and enhance performance (speed, functionality, Core Web Vitals).
- Collaborate with content, development, and cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices and align strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze competitors to uncover opportunities and potential threats, staying one step ahead in a competitive landscape.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance across key metrics using industry tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Lead initiatives to enhance E-A-T, link-building efforts, and content optimization.
- Stay current with algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends to maintain a competitive edge
- 5+ years of SEO experience, including at least 3 years in an in-house role.
- Expertise in executing SEO strategies for a variety of sites across multiple industries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong technical SEO skills, with experience in site audits, Core Web Vitals, and advanced data analysis.
- Experience in user behavior research and the ability to connect design, layout, and content to drive engagement.
- A growth mindset with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge with team members.
- Strong proficiency in industry tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, and Google Suite (Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
- Familiarity with link-building strategies and recent algorithm updates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mentor junior team members and collaborate with designers, developers, and executives.
