We have a 6-month contract to hire for a Sr. UX Designers with a background with UX/UI, designing prototyping, Figma, Jira. healthcare or large enterprise environments. The manager would like to see candidates that have a background of longevity with one or two companies in their career.

- Results - creation of low to high fidelity UX design wire frames; figma prototypes; design presenations / decks; Jira stories
- Actions - weekly DXE updates and 1o1s; cross-functional partnership w/ Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, Analytics, Design Ops; various design leadership requests; ongoing design education / training; quarterly design planning
- Behaviors - team collaboration; adherence to UX process; proactive
- Machine set up; manager meet and greet; DXE team onboarding; tech support; introduction to team norms and processes
