The Business Analyst is tasked to work closely with various teams to evangelize automation. This role will participate in feasibility analyses, solutioning new automation implementations, and creating documentation to support each RPA (Robotic Process Automation) journey.

- Interacts with business stakeholders to conduct high-level process assessments to support automation.
- Applies process improvement methodologies and tools to improve efficiencies, reduce risk and/or increase standardization.
- Participates in brainstorming sessions with Solution Architects to provide inputs for robotic process automation solutions.
- Understands end-user requirements, make recommendations for solutions as needed, works with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and perform thorough testing.
- Prepares and presents analysis, methods and results to non-expert personnel, management team and technical experts throughout different projects and processes.
- Maintaining a commitment to exemplary customer service. Also ensuring that there is an ongoing focus on the customer and their needs and what actions need to be taken in order to meet those needs.
- Soliciting input, on a regular basis, from end-user departments.
- As necessary, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery systems so they are more responsive to customer needs.
- Facilitating the implementation of a best practice type approach to all practices and procedures.
- Monitoring progress against established departmental and organizational goals throughout the year.
- Interacting effectively with BHS leaders to support the accomplishment of important outcomes.
- Ensuring solid and pro-active working relationships with internal staff and key outside contacts.
- Researching and recommending new processes and technology to improve the quality of services provided.
- Completing other job-related assignments and special projects as directed.
Associate complies with the following organizational requirements:

- Maintains license/certification, registration in good standing throughout fiscal year.
- Direct patient care providers are required to maintain current BCLS (CPR) and other certifications as required by position/department.

- Adheres to regulatory agency requirements, survey process and compliance.

Certification(s)
- UiPath Certified RPA (Robotics Process Automation) Associate (UiRPA).
- UiPath Certified Automation Business Analyst (UiABA) (preferred).
- Ability to understand a business process based on a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution while using business analysis skills as needed.
- Experience using UiPath with end-to-end automation designs and architectural patterns.
- Extensive experience with enterprise-wide business process improvement initiatives.
- Adept at process assessments and understands implications, opportunities, and challenges of applying RPA (Robotics Process Automation) to different business domains.
- Experience with agile development and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Remote or in office
- Requires the physical ability and stamina to perform the essential functions of the position.
