- Estimated annual base pay: $81,200(minimum) - $101,500(midpoint) - $121,800(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Sr Communications Business Partner, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Senior Communications Business Partner, Industrial will be a core team member to both the Woodward Communications and Brand team, and the Industrial segment leadership team. This is a highly proactive role that will require helping to build and evolve our Communications function.
What You Will Be Doing
- Developing and implementing communication strategies: A Senior Communications Business Partner is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that support the organization's business initiatives. This includes creating messaging, identifying target audiences, selecting communication channels, and measuring the effectiveness of communication efforts.
- Managing content across internal and external communication channels: The Senior Communications Business Partner is also responsible for managing content across communication channels, such as employee newsletters, intranet sites, website, and email communications. They ensure that content is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders: To effectively communicate business and company initiatives, the Senior Communications Business Partner must build relationships with key stakeholders, including functional leaders, business leaders, and employees. They collaborate with these stakeholders to understand their communication needs and preferences and develop targeted messaging that resonates with them.
- Providing guidance on effective communication practices: The Senior Communications Business Partner provides advice, guidance and training to functional and business staff on effective communication practices. They help professionals develop their communication skills and ensure that all communication adheres to the organization's branding and messaging guidelines.
- Measuring and reporting on communication effectiveness: The Senior Communications Business Partner is responsible for measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of internal and external communication efforts. They use metrics such as employee engagement surveys, website traffic, and email open rates to evaluate the success of internal and external communication campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

This position requires up to 20% travel, early morning meetings for different time zones, and working in the office 3 days per week
