Customer Acquisition DriverPlan and execute multi-channel campaigns to attract new customers to both existing and new locations.Optimize digital marketing channels (SEO, Google Ads, social media) and develop offline strategies (events, partnerships, direct mail).Test, analyze, and refine marketing channels to maximize ROI and efficiency.2. Membership Growth and Retention StrategistDevelop targeted campaigns to grow memberships and enhance the lifetime value (LTV) of current members.Drive retention with loyalty programs, personalized offers, and proactive communications.Create upsell and cross-sell strategies to maximize membership revenue.3. Fleet Business Growth LeaderDevelop tailored marketing strategies to attract and retain fleet accounts, working closely with the sales team.Ensure fleet services are prominently positioned and differentiated across all marketing efforts.4. Tactical Traffic BuilderIncrease traffic to existing stores by targeting lapsed, current, and prospective customers with geo-targeted promotions.Partner with store managers to align marketing efforts with individual location capacities and service focus.Develop impactful grand opening campaigns to drive visibility and foot traffic for new locations.5. Performance and Insights OperatorMonitor and analyze KPIs, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and traffic growth.Maintain a real-time dashboard for campaign performance, customer acquisition trends, and store-specific insights.Use data to identify trends, capitalize on opportunities, and continuously optimize marketing efforts.Key QualificationsCore CompetenciesProficient in budgeting and financial management.Familiarity with WordPress and HTML5 for website management.Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) and Google Adwords.Knowledge of print advertising strategies and media placements.Strong sales acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams.Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills and an aptitude for fostering relationships.Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, skillfully gather and analyze information, and implement solutions.Understanding of how to develop and implement business strategies through knowledge of company history, culture, identity, and goals.Ability to exhibit professionalism in dealing with others to maintain constructive working relationships.Experience and Education1. Customer Acquisition & Growth StrategiesExperience with customer acquisition: Demonstrated success in driving new customer traffic through digital (SEO, Google Ads, social media) and offline strategies (events, direct mail, partnerships).Success in membership models: Experience in building and growing a membership-based business or subscription service with a focus on retention and lifetime value.Fleet marketing experience: Developing strategies to target fleet customers, with experience creating tailored marketing campaigns for businesses.3. Data-Driven Marketing and Performance TrackingProficiency in data analytics: Experience using tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing dashboards to track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and drive marketing effectiveness.Budgeting and financial management: Experience in planning and managing marketing budgets to achieve ROI and customer acquisition cost (CAC) goals.A/B testing and optimization: Conducting A/B tests and iterating marketing strategies based on performance data.4. Brand Development and PositioningBrand management experience: Developing and executing marketing campaigns that align with brand positioning and company culture.Reputation management: Successfully managing and building a brands reputation through both online and offline marketing efforts.Market research and segmentation: Conducting market research to identify customer personas and target market segments.5. Digital Marketing ExpertiseSocial media marketing: Extensive experience in using social media platforms for brand building, customer engagement, and lead generation.SEO and SEM expertise: Experience driving organic growth through SEO and executing successful paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).Email marketing and automation: Building and executing email marketing strategies to nurture leads and retain customers.6. Event Marketing and Community EngagementExperience with event marketing: Organizing and executing local and regional events to engage with the community, generate leads, and build brand awareness.Local partnerships and sponsorships: Identifying and leveraging strategic partnerships within local markets to grow brand visibility.7. Industry-Relevant ExperienceAutomotive industry experience: Ideally, the candidate should have some familiarity with the automotive services industry, either through direct experience or transferable skills.Experience in franchise or multi-location businesses: Background in marketing for businesses with multiple locations, understanding local market nuances while maintaining a unified brand approach.8.
