ABOUT THE INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
The Instructional Design Manager leads curriculum development and creates innovative learning solutions to fuel our associate growth and career development. They leverage a wide range of instructional methods to produce impactful and measurable results. The Instructional Designer collaborates with key stakeholders throughout the organization to define learning objectives and design learning content to meet business needs.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST
- In addition to following company policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze learning & business needs to develop instructional goals and objectives.
- Design, develop, and evaluate instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy.
- Utilize instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning experiences.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology.
- Create learning & design templates to empower other departments to craft their own learning assets.
- Oversee projects while continuously evaluating scope and learning objectives to ensure that content development stays on schedule, is adequately resourced, and meets business needs.
- Implement assessment strategies to evaluate learner performance and instructional effectiveness.

- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related area.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional technologies.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in graphic design or multimedia production.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD, ISTD).
