We are offering a contract-to-hire position as a Graphic Designer in the beauty/retail industry, based in Houston, Texas. As a Graphic Designer, you will be tasked with creating digital designs, retail branding, and advertisements, using your expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Develop unique and eye-catching graphic designs for various digital platforms

• Create banner ads and other types of advertisements to promote our products

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign to create and edit designs

• Engage in retail branding initiatives to enhance our brand's presence in the market

• Handle any design-related queries and resolve them in a timely manner

• Monitor the effectiveness of designs and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends and techniques

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in designs across all platforms

• Ensure all designs align with the company's brand identity and guidelines.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including utilization of its various tools for design purposes
• Demonstrable expertise in Adobe InDesign for creating layouts and templates
• Proven experience in designing compelling advertisements that effectively communicate the brand message
• Skilled in creating eye-catching banner ads for online and offline marketing
• Strong background in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing previous work
• Experience in retail branding, understanding the nuances of creating designs that resonate with target audiences
• Ability to create digital designs for various platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
