As the

Graphic Designer

in the digital marketing department at Universal Beauty Products, you are responsible for designing eye-catching and effective designs to support our marketing campaigns (social media, website and e-commerce) and align with our overall aesthetic. Alongside the Digital Marketing Manager, you will assist in crafting the creative assets necessary to meet the evolving goals of our individual brands and umbrella brand. Duties/Responsibilities:

Under the direction of upper management, digital marketing manager and marketing directors, translate ideas and creative briefs into engaging, successful and on-brand visual and design solutions across various digital media platforms, including but not limited to digital advertisements, tradeshow materials, websites, product graphics, brand campaigns, social graphics and e-commerce graphics from concept to execution.

Communicate design strategy and rationale to key stakeholders.

Prepare art files for release to printers, developers or third-party websites.

Work with the in-house IT department to oversee the smooth implementation of new content.

Collaborating with the design and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.

Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.

Assist digital marketing and design teams when needed.

Passion for learning, tolerance for risk and openness working with multiple brands to multiple ethnic and cultural audiences.

Have a jobs-to-be-done mindset to balance multiple demands.

Other duties as requested by management

Required Skills/Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in Design or similar

3-5 years' experience in producing collateral, web/social graphics, advertising etc. with a portfolio to showcase experience and creativity.

Thorough understanding of Creative Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and In Design

Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, including a strong understanding of platform-specific features, trends and best practices for posting engaging audiences effectively.

Proficiency with Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office software

Communication skills, Creative flare along with passion for design

Team player with exceptional organizational, communication and technical skills

Able to develop creative & innovative social/digital campaigns to drive community development & engagement

Ability to adapt to change in a fast-moving environment.
