Stillwater Medical is seeking a Digital Media Specialist to join our marketing team. Must have digital marketing experience (see qualifications for details).

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, create engaging multichannel content tailored to diverse audiences, and optimize digital presence to support the organization's mission and services. Responsible for tracking and reporting the effectiveness of digital campaigns, maintaining website content relevance, and ensuring best practices to enhance visibility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required. (Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications preferred; other backgrounds will be considered based on experience.)
- 2+ years of experience in the digital marketing industry, either in-house or in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, CMS platforms (i.e. WordPress), and social media management tools.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Photography and videography experience a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and guidelines (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
- Work is sedentary in nature, with some standing and walking.
- Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
- Must be able to talk and hear to converse with others, in person, and over the telephone.
- Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare, process, and read written materials.
- Possess fine motor skills and hand/eye coordination to operate equipment.
- Reports to Public Relations and Marketing Manager.
- Demonstrates a team approach by working cooperatively with other members of Public Relations and all members of the health care team.
- Complies with safety and emergency procedures.
- Completes hospital/unit competency program.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and target key audiences using data-driven insights to optimize engagement.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies to innovate and refine strategies.
- Create compelling, multichannel content (e.g., website articles, blogs, social media posts, videos, and infographics) to engage patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and consistent with organizational messaging.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and coordinated messaging.
- Maintain and update website content to ensure it is accurate, engaging, and relevant to healthcare services provided.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Maintain and optimize provider profiles on platforms such as Google My Business and Healthgrades, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of information.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and achieve key metrics.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and CRM software to evaluate success.
