Position Details:
We are searching for a full-time licensed Interior Project Manager or Architect to join the family of talented architects and interior designers. The candidate should have a high-level of design and leadership ability to help our clients achieve their workplace goals and objectives and to mentor other employees. The candidate shall be both highly organized and collaborative, as well as, high-performing, responsible and productive.

Specific responsibilities will include:
· Present the company's unique capabilities to prospective clients in order to win projects.
· Organize, schedule and attend meetings with client and construction team.
· Organize and schedule work effort with the team and consultants.
· Review space planning and design to ensure code compliance and meeting of client’s goals and objectives.
· Secure client’s approval of the space planning, design and FF&E selections.
· Lead the documentation team to ensure proper translation of the design into construction documents.
· Coordinate project requirements with the consultants.
· Reviews CDs to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
· Assist Project Manager with review of bids.
· Oversee the construction administration phase of the project.
· Manage productivity of staff and ensure profitability of project.
· Issue additional service requests to client when appropriate.
Qualifications:
· Architecture / Design degree or equivalent years of experience.
· Architect / Interior Design license required.
· 8-10+ years of experience in corporate interior design projects.
