Position Overview:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing a variety of marketing projects with a focus on digital marketing and LinkedIn. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and expanding our presence in the healthcare software market. This position requires expertise in LinkedIn social media, digital marketing, and content creation tailored for a B2B audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Strategy Development: Create and implement LinkedIn social media strategies that support overall business objectives, with an emphasis on brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement in the B2B space.
- Content Creation & Optimization: Develop and optimize content for LinkedIn, including posts, articles, videos, case studies, and ads, that resonate with decision-makers in target industries.
- LinkedIn Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid LinkedIn advertising campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Content, InMail, Text and Carousel ads) to drive conversions and meet campaign KPIs.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Audience Research & Targeting: Utilize LinkedIn’s targeting features to identify and engage with key decision-makers and influencers in relevant industries.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of LinkedIn campaigns using LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and that the messaging accurately reflects our product offerings.
- Market Insights & Trends: Stay current with industry trends, LinkedIn updates, and best practices in B2B marketing and digital advertising to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and innovative.
- Brand Voice & Messaging: Maintain consistency in our brand voice across all LinkedIn content, ensuring it aligns with our company values, mission, and target audience preferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, focusing on social media management and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and executing successful campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement.
- Experience in content creation tailored for B2B products and services.
- Ability to analyze marketing metrics and use data to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messaging for a B2B audience.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Ads Manager, social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead nurturing techniques.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with B2B software or SaaS companies.
- Knowledge of SEO, inbound marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to assist in content creation.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimizing LinkedIn campaigns for better performance.
- Experience working with creative and digital agencies.
