POSITION SUMMARY:
The Youth on Course Marketing team is focused on reaching national brand awareness through paid, earned and owned media channels, brand partnerships, fundraising events and member activations. With the organization experiencing exponential growth in recent years, oversight of digital marketing channels has become increasingly important so that Youth on Course may harness storytelling opportunities to showcase our impact on the lives of youth and the sport.
The Digital Marketing Manager will execute Youth on Course's digital marketing strategy across all owned digital channels, including social media platforms, website content, email marketing, SMS, and push notifications. This role will focus heavily on managing social media and blog content while supporting strategic digital campaigns with brand partners (e.g., TaylorMade) to build national brand awareness. The ideal candidate is a highly organized storyteller with a strong understanding of digital trends, analytics, and audience engagement strategies.

This is a full-time, Exempt position, with a starting salary range of $68,000 - $78,000 annually. Some clothing will be provided, with the employee expected to source and maintain a high-standard of attire at all times. Participation in the company's 401k plan after one full year of employment, sick leave, and golf benefits also included.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Digital Marketing Strategy (30%)
- Oversee and execute the digital marketing strategy, integrating efforts across social media, email, SMS, blog, and website to align with Youth on Course's mission and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align owned media strategies with broader organizational objectives and campaigns.
- Work with brand partners (e.g., TaylorMade) to execute collaborative campaigns that promote Youth on Course programs and initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on owned media performance, leveraging insights to optimize strategy and execution.
- Social Media Management (25%)
- Lead the development and execution of social media content and engagement strategies across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and post engaging content, including static posts, videos, stories, and reels, tailored to each platform.
- Collaborate and support influencer and brand ambassador campaigns to expand reach and enhance community engagement.
- Monitor and actively engage with social media audiences, fostering a thriving and loyal community.
- Email, SMS, and Push Notification Campaigns (20%)
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including automated journeys, to engage members, donors, and partners.
- Implement SMS and push notification campaigns to share timely updates, event reminders, and calls to action.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights to enhance effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Blog and Website Content (20%)
- Create, edit, and manage blog articles that highlight member success stories, organizational updates, and industry-related content.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to source accurate and compelling content.
- Maintain and update website content to reflect current initiatives, events, and campaigns, ensuring an engaging user experience.
- Miscellaneous (5%)
- Attend necessary meetings, educational seminars, and other related functions.
- Other duties as assigned, including professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing channels.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, such as social media scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social), CMS and email marketing software (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across digital platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, stay organized and project manage.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong familiarity with golf.
- A passion for helping youth gain access to life-changing opportunities.
- Typically Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- Some late nights and weekend work required though.
- Travel up to 10% of the job.
