Do you thrive in a creative environment? Do you enjoy working with your hands and like a variety of work? Surface Experts techs can use artistic principles to repair everyday surfaces like floors, counters, tubs, cabinets, etc.

Our mission at Surface Experts is to develop outstanding teams by investing in strong relationships. Together we work to solve our customers’ problems by reducing the waste of time, money, and materials which end up in landfills.

We are a national franchise and are in the process of growing our local team. We are looking for a person to fill our field technician role. Both men and women make great Surface Experts techs, but there are a few requirements that help us determine whether someone will have the skill set to learn quickly. Requirements:

• Experience working with your hands in a creative, construction, construction services, property management, painting, repair, or related field
• Place high importance on job quality and customer service
• Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client needs to share with sales and management
• Able to see all color hues and successfully pass a color blindness test without deficiencies
• Must maintain an active driver's license and clean driving record
• Effective communication skills with clients, sales team, and owner

• Commitment to meet project timelines
• Customer service experience
• Excellent work ethic
• Associate's degree preferred; Spanish speaking is a plus
