for Digital Marketing with Front-End Development & Website Management experience (UX/UI Focus)

About Us:
Bai Capital is a real estate developer with an in-house capital raise marketing and sales team with a truly international focus with offices located in Vietnam and Mexico. We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to enhance our in-house team to create all related to art and design from digital marketing to off line advertising. Expertise in front-end dev will be preferred.
Role Overview:
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll work with our content creator to produce high-quality designs for social media ads, posts, and landing pages. You’ll also ensure our ad campaigns are properly tagged so our PPC manager can accurately measure lead sources and conversions. Additionally, your knowledge in front end will help you to keep the website updated with fresh content and visual enhancements to maintain a cohesive user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually engaging social media posts, ads, and landing pages aligned with brand and campaign goals.
- Implement accurate ad campaign tags to assist the PPC manager in tracking lead sources.
- Develop responsive front-end web designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on UX/UI best practices.
- Regularly update and maintain the website, ensuring brand consistency and a user-friendly experience.
- Use performance data and A/B testing insights to refine designs and maximize engagement.
- Design brochures, leaflets, merchandising, etc
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing design, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media posts, ads, and landing pages.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Tagging Knowledge: Understanding of ad campaign tagging to support tracking efforts by the PPC team; experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Spanish Speaking Level: Proficient
