About Us

Founded in 2004, Thirty-Three Threads is an industry leader in high performance, fashionable premium apparel, socks and accessories for the global boutique fitness market and beyond. Our brands and products are known as best-in-class in quality, design, style and functionality.

This position requires candidates to live within commuting distance of headquarters in Vista, CA, and requires on-site attendance 2-3 days per week including Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The compensation for the role is $72,000 to $85,000 base salary and up to $5,000 annual bonus.

Summary

33 Threads is looking for an experienced and passionate Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team! Our ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial-minded individual with an enthusiasm for studio fitness and wellness, who is motivated to elevate our digital presence and build relationships with influencers. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing and managing initiatives with influencers to cultivate a deep sense of community and drive brand awareness and engagement. You will play a pivotal role in growing a portfolio of wellness brands globally.

Responsibilities

  1. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing an influencer strategy to support the full marketing funnel—increasing brand awareness, engagement, consideration and conversion.
  2. Lead influencer campaigns from ideation and pitching to campaign execution, including paid engagements, unpaid nano seeding, and experiential integration.
  3. Identify and cultivate meaningful relationships with top-tier influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors, identifying influencer niches for seeding, ambassador programs, and ongoing promotions to ensure a solid roster of talent that aligns with 33T business objectives and brand values.
  4. Optimize existing partner performance while also expanding into new influencer verticals & channels.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Social, Digital, and PR teams to improve influencer outreach, content, and ensure alignment with brand goals across owned, earned & paid channels, leveraging and amplifying content as needed.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve all branded events with influencer activations and integrations to reach new audiences and effectively drive awareness, attendance and engagement.
  7. Manage the day-to-day execution of influencer marketing campaigns including: email communication, negotiating contracts, setting up partners, creating campaign materials, reviewing content and analyzing performance.
  8. Lead contract negotiation with talent, working cross-functionally with internal legal department, ensuring clear scope of work, alignment on timeline and deliverables while driving cost efficiencies.
  9. Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact and ROI of influencer campaigns, including paid and earned.
  10. Handle budget for all influencer activities, ensuring timely and on-plan delivery, maximizing ROI and profitability.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing and the social media ecosystem to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  1. 3-4 years related functional or technical experience in influencer campaign management with a balance of performance, creative, strategic and executional strengths.
  2. 1-2 years experience managing Influencer Software systems such as Grin and Roster.
  3. Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends (Facebook, YouTube, SnapChat, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch etc.).
  4. Comfortable leading the process of creative ideation and execution of campaigns.
  5. Ability to review campaigns and provide analytical recommendations.
  6. Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that result in authentic campaigns.
  7. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work with all level team members.
  8. Up to 15% travel for Influencer Events.
