Position: Studio Manager at StretchLab – Shrewsbury
The General Manager will be responsible for driving top-tier performance of the location, membership agreements, operations, membership retention, and revenues.
Qualifications:
Experience in leading teams and selling memberships in the areas of gyms, boutique fitness/wellness, or other consumer-facing monthly membership-based modalities.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
This is a full-time position. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability.
- The role will focus on driving exceptional sales and service across multiple studios, with the ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams.
- Responsible for driving top-tier performance of studios benchmarked to the brand average of various KPIs.
- Strong sales & leadership experience - Drive and retain membership sales.
- Supervise Sales Representatives and manage staff schedules with a positive attitude and affinity to help others achieve goals.
- Clear oral and written communication - Provide exceptional customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone, and email.
- Collect outstanding dues.
- Enforce studio policies and procedures related to studio operations.
- Lead generation including some grassroots marketing and networking.
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
- Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities.
- Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
- Support the Owner in team and business development.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
- Other duties as assigned.
