Epsilon's Product Design team is dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences across our expanding product portfolio. A key differentiator for us at Epsilon is how we integrate Product Design as a core practice within the company. We understand that delivering outstanding user experiences requires a balanced focus on distinct disciplines, including UX Design, UI Design, UX Research, UX Engineering, and UX QA. Our team brings together experts in each of these areas to develop industry-leading software for both client-facing and internal tools. We are seeking a Product/UX Designer to leverage their expertise in user research, design processes, and UX best practices to help shape cutting-edge platforms and applications that are transforming the digital advertising landscape. This role reports to a Sr Dir Product Design Engineering and you will collaborate with other Sr. Product Design Managers, Engineers and Developers. You will have the opportunity to work with new technologies and work in an independent role and make decisions, building out functionality and strategy.


What You’ll Achieve

  • Participate in UX research using industry accepted methodologies and documentation strategies including user personas, site maps, user flows, interviews, card sorting, competitive audits, and market research.
  • Remain up-to-speed with the latest developments in the practice / profession of design.
  • Participate in cross-functional project team meetings to help define business requirements while developing advocacy for the Product Design team / discipline.
  • Combine user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints to build wireframes and prototypes that thoughtfully demonstrate useful, usable, and desirable design concepts and functionality.
  • Apply user-centered design principles and practices to help create efficient and user-friendly interactive digital products.

    • Stakeholder Management and Communication: You have effective communication skills and can successfully interact with various stakeholders, across client, business, and technical topics, and including both internal teams and clients. You can articulate product vision and requirements clearly, manage expectations, and ensure all parties are aligned with the product plans and goals.
    • Expertise in developing client-facing functionality and technology platforms: You possess a sophisticated understanding of matching client needs with our AdTech and MarTech solutions. Leading with data, you guide the team to develop our digital media and technology platforms effectively to meet existing client needs and drive new client acquisition.
  • Why you might stand out from other talent:
    • 2 or more years of experience working within (an) established UX team(s).
    • Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related discipline preferred.
    • Knowledge of UX best practices and ability to empathize with users.
    • Ability to self-manage time and deliverables proactively.
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Good sense of visual design.
    • Ability to turn off bias and accept feedback as wireframes and prototypes evolve.
    • High-level knowledge of how front-end and/or back-end web development technologies work, specifically HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • An accessible online portfolio showcasing outstanding samples of design work.
    • Experience with Figma.
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite products (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
    • Graphic design experience.
