We have embarked on a significant enterprise-wide transformation that puts greater focus on the strengthening of our digital and AI capabilities. As part of this transformation, we are seeking Innovation Analysts who will support execution on the Innovation agenda for the business.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Work with Business Executives, Product Owners, Product development teams, UX team and internal stakeholders, in partnership with other UX designers, to create and deliver UX designs that focus on Customer Experience and benefit the business.
  • Execute Design workshops to gather design requirements, create UX design approaches and concepts for various products and services. Participate in digital transformation of the product by ensuring the best user experience.
  • Empathize with user journeys, user task flows and create wireframes, click-through prototypes, and visual designs for projects ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.
  • Participate in the development of AXA XL design system as a foundational design source in creating products through proactive engagement with colleagues across the organization.
  • Collaborate with product teams and non-UX teams in Digital Transformation while designing UX approaches and concepts and coach them.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

  • Good experience in executing UX designs through user-centered-design practices.
  • Experience in gathering and consolidating design requirements, conducting design thinking sessions, and conducting exploratory research.
  • Good understanding of the latest UX trends, design principles and best practices.
  • Sound visual design skills using digital media for design executions.
  • Good experience of creating visual designs using Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
  • Experienced in conducting user studies (Usability Testing), creating test protocols and analysis documentation.
  • Experience translating requirements into user flow and user journey maps.
  • Experience determining and executing UX designs for complex digital systems.
  • Expertise in creating wireframes and prototypes using FIGMA.
  • Good understanding of participating in the development of Design System and using it while executing UX design work.
  • Good experience of creating Power BI dashboards and reports with UX standards.
  • Excellent presentation and communication (oral & written) skills.
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human-Centered Design or a relevant discipline.
  • Extensive experience in designing for end-users as a UX designer or in related roles.
