  • Operate and oversee professional equipment, including cameras, drones, gimbals, lighting, and microphones, while ensuring alignment with the School's brand standards.
  • Collaborate with various School Departments, especially Admissions, Alumni & Development, and Athletics, to engage their respective audiences and support their annual goals through targeted visual storytelling.
  • Attend and document events, including on evenings and weekends, to capture spontaneous and planned photography/videography needs.
  • Schedule logistics, secure resources, and coordinate with outside vendors for photo and video-related projects.
  • Archive, organize, and tag digital photographic and video assets.
  • Mentor students in photo-and-video-related school jobs, helping them conceptualize, capture, and produce engaging video and photo content that highlights school events, student activities, and the overall school experience, ensuring content aligns with the school's brand and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications to evaluate and recommend the most suitable video equipment for the school's needs, aligning with budget and project goals.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and technical specifications.
