Job Description: Marketing Coordinator Location: Tampa, FL (onsite 5 days a week) Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Tampa, FL. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop, coordinate, and analyze marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and business growth. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities. Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and social media posts. Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and reporting on performance metrics. Support email marketing campaigns, including content creation, deployment, and performance analysis. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable recommendations. Maintain and update the companys website content using CMS tools. Organize and manage events, trade shows, and sponsorships as needed. Assist in tracking marketing budgets and processing invoices. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years in a marketing role, with experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software, and social media platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Creative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns is a plus.
