Responsibilities:- Partner with Sales to build strategic plans designed to increase pipeline for the SEA region
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives, SDRs, and APAC leadership to build strategic plans that engage Target Accounts and coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of target account marketing activities
- Complete end-to-end coordination and management of regional marketing programs, working closely with corporate marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional solution-based Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to identify content needed for use in campaigns, programs, and other initiatives
- Track Target Account engagements, MQL activity, SQLs and opportunity creation, analysing for optimization and rolling up reporting to management
- Creation of digital assets and content for campaigns to optimise owned and paid touchpoints for impact across various digital platforms (awareness or conversions)
- Support APAC Field Marketing team with event operations and reporting
- Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement Qualifications
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS software marketing, and sales processes with 2-4 years of demand generation experience
- Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
- Advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation, email marketing. Marketo experience a plus
- Familiarity with ABM/Target account tools, such as Demandbase, LinkedIn, LeadIQ
- Strong understanding of social media platforms is a plus
- Experience and passion for performance optimization paired with strong analytical skills and
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills in English, effective in both formal and informal settings
- Ability to work and execute in a fast-paced, agile marketing environment
