Field Marketing Manager
We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead localized marketing efforts that drive business growth while ensuring alignment with corporate and store objectives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Field Marketing Manager will oversee the team responsible for maintaining relationships with each store, ensuring their unique needs and market insights are incorporated into actionable marketing strategies. The ideal candidate excels in strategic planning, campaign execution, and driving collaboration between corporate teams and store-level operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development & Execution:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of individual stores or regions, balancing corporate objectives with local market insights.
    • Identify opportunities to localize campaigns, promotions, and messaging to resonate with diverse audiences and improve customer engagement.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
    • Stay up-to-date with each dealership brand's advertising guidelines and ensure that all advertising is compliant with both general advertising regulations and individual brand standards.
  • Building Relationships with Store Managers:
    • Oversee the field marketing team, ensuring strong relationships, clear communication, and an understanding of each store's unique challenges and opportunities.
    • Gather regular feedback from store managers and in-store marketing specialists about market conditions, campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and operational goals.
    • Leverage insights from the field team and store managers to develop actionable recommendations and localized strategies that enhance sales and brand presence.
  • Market Analysis and Insights:
    • Analyze local market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and proactively make recommendations that align with store goals.
    • Attend regional Go To Market calls and meetings for all brands. Utilize insights from Tier 1/Tier 2 marketing plans to inform our Tier 3 strategy.
    • Use insights from store-level interactions and data analysis to refine marketing strategies and ensure relevance in local markets and alignment with business objectives.
  • Measuring Performance and Continuous Improvement:
    • Define clear KPIs and use data-driven insights to track and report on marketing performance.
    • Monitor campaign performance from both a corporate and store-level perspective, sharing actionable insights with leadership and team members.
    • Continuously refine tactics based on performance metrics, feedback, and market trends.
Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience within the field of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a marketing professional with a focus on strategic planning and localized marketing solutions, preferably for a retail company with multiple brands and/or locations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with and understand the needs of stakeholders at all levels, including store managers and field teams.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that address both corporate and localized objectives.
  • Travel to dealerships, conferences, events and various meetings, as well as weekend and evening hours may be required.
