Description
Essential Functions
Assist with installation, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment with Telecommunications Coordinator and vendors representatives. Coordinates cabling projects. Coordinate with Telecommunications Technician to ensure cabling projects are completed in a timely manner meeting all deadlines. Assists in troubleshooting and coordinates efficient maintenance and repairs of equipment as necessary. Maintain an inventory of all Clinic telephone equipment.
Requirements
Required Education and Experience:
Associate degree in computer science/IT/other disciplines relating to telecommunications, or combination of education/certifications and Ten (10) years of verifiable telecommunications experience.
Hands-on experience with Ring Central cloud-enabled infrastructure system or similar cloud-based system. Hands-on telecommunications covering the following technologies: PBX systems, IVRs, VoIP, cabling voice & data infrastructures. Ability to plan and organize work, with attention to creativity and resourcefulness in problem solving. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as necessitated by the work. Must be able to work well with superiors and subordinates and manage effectively through others.
