Ultimately, you're here to do more than make ads-you're here to create movements.Responsibilities: Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring all creative work aligns with client goals and the Movement Thinking philosophy.Craft compelling narratives and campaigns across various platforms-digital, social, print, experiential, and beyond-to captivate audiences and inspire action.Collaborate with strategists, designers, account teams, and production to bring ideas to life with creativity, clarity, and consistency.Present concepts and strategies to clients, confidently securing buy-in and enthusiasm at every stage.Lead and mentor freelance junior and mid-level creatives, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation.Partner with producers and external vendors to deliver high-quality output from pre-production to final delivery.Ensure all work is on-brand, on-strategy, and meets the highest creative standards.Stay ahead of trends, exploring new platforms and technologies to keep work fresh and culturally relevant.Balance creative ambition with strategic objectives to produce effective and impactful campaigns.Build strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted creative partner and thought leader.Contribute to agency pitches and presentations, showcasing the unique value of Movement Marketing.Facilitate ideation sessions to generate innovative, high-impact ideas.Act as a cultural steward, ensuring all work connects with audiences while upholding brand integrity.Provide insights to agency leadership, helping refine processes and elevate creative output. Qualifications 6+ years of agency experience, with a track record of leading integrated campaigns and overseeing large-scale productions.Portfolio of work that makes us jealous, showcasing campaigns that have shaped culture, inspired action, and delivered results.Expertise in crafting narratives across platforms, from TVC scripts to digital banners and TikToks.Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and guide teams to their best work.Clear, compelling, and persuasive communication skills for clients and internal teams alike.Eagerness to try new things, break old rules, and redefine what's possible. The final salary will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as the specific responsibilities associated with the position. StrawberryFrog reserves the right to modify this salary range at any time, in compliance with applicable laws and market conditions.
