Job Description
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans for product or product lines through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement and business planning. You will be responsible for managing issues associated with product ordering, systems, tools, and inventory. You will identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of product and differentiating features. This position drives and develops material for multiple product or service launches including press releases, customer presentations, videos, podcasts, sales, and training materials.
Responsibilities: Responsible for curating and managing a portfolio and driving profitable sales by owning a customer centric product assortment that delivers the highest profit margin possible while maintaining a competitive offering to our sales channel. Responsible for securing, and compliance to, Master Supplier Agreements for all assigned suppliers. Responsible for coordinating, managing, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of item master data to ensure smooth customer experiences through our assortment, negotiate all elements of assigned supplier relationships to ensure lowest total cost of procurement, including: product cost, performance metrics, rebates, etc. Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance to support the business and continuously improve Support Sellers, OBC and customers (both external and internal). Manage supplier relationships. Responsible for merchandising product assortment through our digital assets to ensure customers can easily find and choose the best product to meet their needs. Responsible for inventory management and direct customer engagement opportunities. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required. 3 years required, 5 years preferred of product and marketing experience. Best practices for creating awareness, generating demand, and driving sales. Understanding of product lifecycle from entry to exit. Knowledge of product portfolios with various strategic priorities (e.g. sales growth, margin growth, inventory optimization, etc.). Able to clearly communicate complex technical issues through marketing materials. Able to effectively present information via verbal and written presentations to all levels of the organization. Comfortable with ambiguity, strive for continuous improvement and recognize opportunities to benefit department and broader organization. Training enterprise and inside sales teams. Able to prioritize and multi-task. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Travel up to 10-25%

Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
