We track the daily performance of over 10 million Airbnb and Vrbo properties across 120,000 global markets. We also collect data from over a million partner properties. As the Product Marketing Manager at AirDNA, you will leverage your strategic vision, data-driven mindset, and content expertise to execute marketing campaigns, amplify AirDNA's credibility as the trusted leader in STR data and education, and champion customer-centric insights across the organization. This position will report to the Director of Product Marketing. Here's What You'll Do:
Campaign Strategy & Execution Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with AirDNA's strategy and tailored to our host products. Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns with compelling creative, ensuring alignment with sales and media strategies. Measure campaign performance against initiative-based KPIs, optimizing future efforts. Content Development & Educational Initiatives
Create and execute a plan for monthly webinars, collaborating with subject matter experts. Produce case studies/testimonials by identifying and interviewing customers, managing their publication across channels. Collaborate on product updates for newsletters, onboarding, and customer campaigns. Customer Advocacy & Insights
Gather customer feedback, ensuring customer insights influence product and marketing strategies. Conduct competitor analysis to maintain up-to-date knowledge of market positioning and develop tools like battlecards for sales enablement. Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions, driving insights-based decisions. Market Positioning & Collaboration
Work with the product team to align messaging with market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Provide quarterly updates to marketing and product teams on competitor pricing, positioning, and messaging. Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful: 3-5 years of relevant experience, including at least two years in product marketing. Experience in a high growth and/or SaaS business required. Experience in the travel/tourism/hospitality industries preferred. Knowledge of AirDNA products and the short-term rental market preferred. Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. Expertise in creating engaging content across various formats with a small creative team. Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to advocate for customer-first solutions. Strong data analysis skills to measure success and inform decision-making. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences. Collaborative and influential, capable of driving action across cross-functional teams. Honest, accountable, and solution-oriented, with a positive attitude that inspires others. Here's What You Can Expect from Us: Competitive cash compensation and benefits - the base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000 per year. Colorado Salary Statement:
The salary range displayed is specifically for those potentially hired who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for this role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.
