Position Overview

The position involves developing impactful marketing campaigns and engaging content tailored to connect with our target audience of public and affordable housing organizations and insurance agents. In this role, you will collaborate within the team and across the enterprise on content and communications projects.

You'll be responsible for executing a variety of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, helping to advance HAI Group's mission. Strategic Campaign Management
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand marketing requirements and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns that align with HAI Group's business goals.
  • Work with the research team to increase the visibility of original industry research and data tools.
  • Assist in marketing efforts for the online training division, including driving subscriptions and enhancing customer retention.
  • Partner with other departments to develop marketing initiatives as needed and as assigned.
Content Creation
  • Research and write content for a variety of marketing channels, ensuring consistency with the company's messaging and brand guidelines.
  • Review and edit content produced by others, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Optimize content for visibility and organic search performance using SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to review and improve existing content, ensuring it resonates with the audience and drives engagement.
  • Support email and social media campaigns and assist with outreach to industry publications as needed
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Enthusiasm for staying updated on the latest marketing trends and tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a preference for candidates familiar with AP style.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of, or a willingness to learn, marketing analytics, HTML, HubSpot, WordPress, and other relevant tools.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related area.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with different levels of the organization.
  • An interest in learning about affordable housing and the insurance industry is a plus.
