KODIFY MEDIA GROUP is looking for a highly organized creative Social MediaManager who has experience working for highly visible brands, and has the abilityto manage and execute marketing campaigns across a variety of social mediachannels (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and Snap).

You should have a creative eye and attention to detail for identifying and curatingengaging social-first content programming. The ideal candidate will haveexperience building an organic following on social media as well as organicengagement, community growth, and drive customer advocacy and awareness. Youwill identify new opportunities to engage audiences by leveraging new and existingsocial media channels. At a strategic level, you will be responsible for thedevelopment of a strategy and social media plan to acquire new fans as well asdiscover new innovative ways to engage our current followers more effectively. At a tactical level, you will work with the SOCIAL MEDIA & STRATEGY MANAGER ondriving the social team's campaign calendar, curating social-native content that willbe distributed to millions across our bands handles, identify performance metricsto drive innovation across teams, develop new content ideation, as well as providemonthly and yearly performance reporting to all levels of business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day channel management from ideation to execution;including mapping out content calendars, scheduling and maintaining anorganized social calendar across X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
  • Write copy for all social channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice & tonethroughout.
  • Plan and schedule all social content for marketing campaigns including filmreleases, sales, product launches and merchandise to maintain socialpresence and foster community.
  • Use our insights and listening tools to identify great opportunities forengagement through replies, stories and reels. Understand the interests andbehaviors of our community and how to best connect with them and keepthem engaged.
  • Craft social micro content strategy for talent leveraging on set capture,marketing shoots, events, or creating a content day.
  • Consistently stay up to date on best practices, leveraging new and emergingplatforms, tools, trends, influencers, and partnerships.
  • Participate in team creative brainstorms as it pertains to social first contentacross all channels.
  • Engage followers on all platforms, as well as celebrity talent, brands andincoming DM's.
  • Share feedback and insights from our community that can inform our overallproduct, marketing and customer engagement strategies.
  • Produce, shoot, edit, and export short-form videos for Reels, YouTube Shortsand TikTok.
  • Maintain all Social Media related Google Sheets, Docs, etc.

  • 5+ years' experience in managing and growing a social media following, aswell as knowing which trends, brands and creators are producing the mostinnovative content.
  • Experience managing Social Media for highly visible brands in the fashion orentertainment industry preferred.
  • Must have strong proficiency and understanding of major social platforms,including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitter.
  • Content creation experience with photography or video for the purpose ofSocial Media preferred but not required.
  • Be an excellent communicator. Craft a social media presence that'spersonable, professional and authentic. Adapt to the language and contentto each social media platform.
  • Strong desire to build and foster an online community on social media.
